Question 1
Please introduce yourself.
My name is Amna AlMuhannadi, and I’m from Qatar. I am interested in health and wellness. I am a certified Ayurvedic instructor and psychologist with years of experience in human resources.

Question 2
What made you decide to start your own online Ayurveda business after working for a large company?
After spending years struggling with various health issues, including gut-related concerns and mental health imbalances, and finding little relief from conventional medical treatments, I decided to take matters into my own hands. My search for alternative health solutions led me to explore holistic practices, particularly Ayurveda. The remarkable improvements I experienced through these methods were life-changing, and it was then that I realized my true purpose: to guide others on their own transformative healing journeys.
By combining the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with modern scientific insights, I saw an opportunity to create an online platform that could provide effective, natural solutions for individuals seeking to regain balance and wellness in their lives. This personal experience ignited a deep passion to help others achieve long-lasting health and well-being, and it is this passion that drives my Ayurvedic business today.

Question 3
From your point of view, please tell us about the changes in the Middle East and the future, especially the future of women.
Over the past few years, I have observed a remarkable shift in the Middle East, particularly regarding the growing interest among women in self-development, personal growth, and awareness. With the increasing accessibility of the internet and the abundance of educational resources available online, more women in the region are actively seeking to enhance their knowledge and well-being. This shift is not only visible in countries like Qatar but also in places such as Iraq, Jordan, Palestine, and beyond, where I have had the privilege of working with students.
Women in the Middle East are becoming more empowered to take control of their health, education, and personal growth, which is leading to a cultural transformation. I am confident that in the future, these women will raise a new generation that is more conscious, informed, and equipped to thrive in a healthier environment—both physically and mentally. This wave of change will undoubtedly create a positive ripple effect, impacting not just individual lives but entire communities across the region.

Question 4
The world does not change easily. There is no end to conflicts where major powers exercise their power. Still, people like you who shine a light of hope through Ayurveda are very important. What do you want to say to the world?
What I want to say to the world is that true change begins with personal responsibility. In times of conflict and uncertainty, the key to transformation lies within each individual. It’s essential to focus on our inner work, consistently seeking ways and techniques that support us in upgrading our lives and improving our overall quality of life. The journey towards betterment starts with small yet significant choices, such as becoming conscious of the food we consume and its impact on our health. By making mindful decisions and embracing holistic practices, we can create positive change not only in our own lives but also in the world around us. Ayurveda, with its focus on balance and wellness, provides a powerful framework for this personal transformation.

Question 5
I think that the world where technology develops and the physical world are polar opposites. But what they all have in common is a desire for better well-being. Do you have any thoughts about the world of technology and the world of prayer?
I believe that technology and the physical world are very different, but both share a common goal: the desire for better well-being. Technology can help us improve our lives in many ways, like making things easier and more connected. However, prayer and inner practices are about finding peace and balance within ourselves. Both technology and prayer can play important roles, but while technology focuses on the outer world, prayer helps us focus on our inner world. When we use both wisely, they can support each other and help us live better lives.

Question 6
What is your future vision?
My focus is on teaching women, especially the younger generation, about health, wellness, awareness, and wisdom. I am committed to creating safe and supportive spaces where women can learn and grow, not only in these areas but also in ways that empower them to seek job opportunities and establish their own businesses. Through guidance and community, we aim to uplift and inspire women to take charge of their lives and create their own paths to success.
